It pairs a 16.5 cm Santoku for fast slicing, chopping, and dicing with a 12 cm Utility Knife for smaller tasks like trimming, portioning, peeling, and precise detail work.
The Santoku is your main workhorse for vegetables, herbs, and boneless proteins, offering controlled board contact for efficient push-cuts and clean, repeatable prep. Knife care:
