1. General Provisions

  • 3.2. Safety Warning: Knivesstudio.com sells knives, tools, and sharp objects. These items are tools intended for specific uses. The Customer acknowledges that these products can be dangerous if used improperly.
  • 3.3. Limitation of Liability: The Seller and its employees are not liable for any damage to health, life, or property resulting from the improper, unsafe, or careless use of the goods sold. The Customer assumes full responsibility for the safe handling and storage of purchased items.

4. Ordering, Payment, and Contract Formation

4.1. The purchase contract between the Buyer and the Seller is deemed concluded from the moment the Buyer adds items to the cart, provides a delivery address, selects a payment method, clicks the "Order" (or similar) button, and receives an order confirmation email.

4.2. Pricing: The prices of goods displayed in the online store are final and valid at the time of the order. Prices are subject to change without notice, but such changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

4.3. Payment: The Customer agrees to pay for the order immediately using the payment methods provided on the website.

4.4. Order Cancellation (Non-payment): If payment is not received within 4 calendar days, the order and the reservation of goods will be automatically canceled.

5. Delivery of Goods

5.4. Uncollected Parcels:

  • In such cases, the Customer is responsible for reimbursing the Seller for all shipping costs (both outgoing and return shipping). The Seller has the right to deduct these costs from the refundable amount.

If the package is damaged, the Customer must note this on the delivery document or refuse the parcel. Acceptance of the goods without noting any discrepancies is considered confirmation that the shipment was delivered in good condition.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Returning Goods)

6.1. In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the Customer (consumer) has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the goods within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery without providing a reason.

6.2. Conditions for Return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be in its original packaging (including all labels and accessories).
  • The item must not have lost its commercial appearance.

6.3. Return Costs: The direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the Customer, unless the item is defective or was sent in error.

6.4. Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned goods, the Seller will refund the amount paid (excluding potential delivery cost adjustments as per law) within 14 days to the bank account from which the payment was made.

6.5. Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made goods manufactured according to the Customer's specific instructions, or goods that have been damaged or used by the Customer.

7. Statutory Warranty (Quality Guarantee)

7.1. All goods sold on Knivesstudio.com are covered by the statutory legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years as per EU law.

7.2. If the product is defective, the Customer has the right to request: free repair, replacement, a price reduction, or termination of the contract (refund) if the defect is significant.

7.3. The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear (e.g., dulling of blades over time) or damage caused by mechanical impact, improper maintenance, or misuse.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

8.1. The Customer’s personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
