Messermeister Four Seasons Heavy Meat Cleaver 6 inch (16 cm) is from the most affordable kitchen knives collection by Messermeister. The cleaver is die-cut from fine German 1.4116 stainless steel alloy and outfitted with hygienic molded polypropylene handles that are NSF approved. These stain resistant knives are built to be easily resharpened and maintained. Four season meat cleavers are sharpened at 15° degree angle. The blade hardness is 56-57 HRC in by a Rockwell scale.

Care of the knife:
