Crafted in Santa Catarina, Portugal, this knife features a one-piece stamped blade made from German 1.4116 stainless carbon alloy. The steel resists stains and corrosion, offers toughness and durability, and is easy to resharpen to a razor-like edge. The blade is heat treated and cooled to achieve a Rockwell hardness of 56–57 for reliable performance in a lightweight format.
