Shipments and returns
Shipping price varies on the delivery location and carrier you choose. The bigger the value of the order is the bigger discount you get for shipping. Discount can cover up to 100% the costs of shipping.
For orders above 100€ you get up to 3€ discount for shipping.
For orders above 200€ you get up to 6€ discount for shipping.
For orders above 300€ you get free shipping
Some carriers may charge small amount of administration fee to the recipient to process customs duty and VAT.
The buyer is responsible for prior confirmation of the import restrictions imposed at the shipping country on the purchased item and the materials used in it. If the order is sent back to us at the discretion of customs, the original shipping and return shipping fees shall be borne by the buyer.
It is the buyer's responsibility to pay the Customs duty upon receipt of the item. In case that the parcel were returned(or discarded) by the customs office(or the carrier) because the buyer did not cover the duty, the order shall be deemed to have the buyer's approval of cancellation, the original shipping and return shipping fees shall be borne by the buyer.
Packages are generally dispatched within 1-3 days after receiving a payment and are shipped via carrier you gave selected with tracking. Selection of carriers may vary depending on delivery address. Whichever carrier choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Currently we ship only to the EU countries but please check the list of countries and any exemptions at the bottom of this page.
All products will be shipped from Lithuania (European Union)
Please note that customs charges may apply when delivered to non-EU countries.
Returns are accepted if there is manufacturing defects. Damage done by improper use like bottle opening with the knife, dropping an item, cutting to hard surfaces, washing in dishwasher, not drying after wash is not considered as manufacturing defects, there for it cannot be returned.
If there is no manufacturing defects, returns are accepted only within 14 calendar days. Products must be in its' original packaging, unopened, unused and undamaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable
If high value order discount was applied for you and later you return items so the order becomes not eligible for that discount, the amount of the discount will be deducted from the money returned.
Please contact us if you want to return an item and provide us your order number, items you want to return and reason why you are returning them.

Please note that the following times is only for informational purpose. It is times it usually takes after an order is sent (after order processing time). Delays may occur due to various reasons like holidays, or customs delay. If you do not receive your order after shipment within the provided time, please check the tracking number and allow few business days more before contacting us. Following times are in business days. Exemptions may apply for remote areas and islands even if it is not mentioned here. If you are living on a remote area or an island please contact to make sure we ship to your location before making an order.
